We support clients throughout various locations in South Harrow, North Harrow, Harrow, Rayners, Ruislip, Eastcote and throughout London as a whole. Our services focus on individual needs and help our users to maintain fulfilling lives.
On our first consultation we will discuss your needs and preferences and the best way we can support you. Once you decide to go ahead with SW Homecare Agency, we will tailor a care plan to assist and guide the care worker as to your requirements and preferences. Your care plan will be reassessed on a minimum of an annual basis. For more complex needs care plan reviews will be carried out more frequently.
We are registered with, and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. This means that we must reach the national standard in providing care for you in your own home.
We are inspected annually by the CQC and every aspect of what we do is checked to make sure that you receive safe and effective care.
The results of these annual checks are published and available for anyone to see on the Care Quality Commission website.
